KNOWING JESUS

JESUS IS THE WAY

You may have heard that there are many paths to God, but in fact, there is only one way to God. Jesus said “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except by me.” (John 14:6)

Are you searching for answers? That’s a good thing. You’re on the right path. Jesus said “seek and you will find.” If you are seeking the truth with your whole heart, you will find it.

On this page, we’ve collected a few resources to help you on your quest.

Something More

Who was Jesus? He was born like most people. No wealth. No influence. No strings to pull. No elbows to rub. No names to drop. He was a teacher. A friend. He spent time with ordinary people. Commoners. Outcasts. Housewives. Business men. Who was he?

He taught only three years. He died in his early 30’s. He had no heirs. No one to trumpet his cause.

Yet his message grew. Not through viral ad campaigns or political lobbying. There were no televisions or telephones. No social media channels.  Years later, his message still grows. Was he just a man, or something more…?

Collision

Do you struggle with depression? So did Yumiko. She hated herself and even dreamt of running in front of a train to end her life. But hope came her way in the last place she ever expected.

A Story of Death, Visions, and Jesus

Suffering a great loss at a young age, David turned his back on the world and found comfort in darkness and isolation. But, there was someone David couldn’t shut out of his life, and one night He came to visit.

There is an Answer

“God says ‘there’s coming a day when I’m going to shake the world.’ But some things will not be shaken. Some things remain. In other words there’s coming a time when the world will be pressed and there’s no way out. Those times come in your life. In your home. Tension. Friction. Financial trouble. You’re pressed and there doesn’t seem to be a way out. There is an answer. There is a way. Jesus said ‘I am the way.’ But in the midst of all this changing, there’s some things that never change. Think of it a moment. What never changes? The nature of God doesn’t change. God hasn’t changed to adapt himself to our generation. He is unchanging. ‘I am the Lord God. I change not.'” Billy Graham

You Must Be Born Again

At the 2019 Gospel Coalition Conference, Tim Keller delivered a powerful sermon on what it means to be born again. He answers many perplexing questions such as:

  • Who is the new birth for?
  • Where is the new birth from?
  • What does the new birth do?
  • How does the new birth come?
  • How do you know new birth has happened?

The transcript of the full sermon is available here.

children of God

If you are ready to believe and receive God’s gift of salvation, simply talk to God and commit your life Him.

“Dear Lord Jesus, I admit that I’ve fallen short. I’ve sinned and need your forgiveness. I believe that You lived, died and rose again so that I could be connected to God. I confess you as my Lord and commit my life to You. I give you my past, present and future. Take my life and use it. I give it to You. Amen.”
