Believers United

One Body One Blood youth registration

Youth are a vital part of the body of Christ! In Joel chapter 2, we read the words that the Lord spoke to the prophet, saying “I will pour out my Spirit upon all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy. Your old men will dream dreams, and your young men will see visions.”  (Joel 2:28)

While a mature hand is needed to organize this effort, a youthful hand is needed to grow it.  We believe that it is crucial for the younger generation to see God use them in a significant way.

Our goal is to have 1 million people participating in the April 15, 2022 event, including large numbers of young people, preparing them to seek God’s direction for acts of service that lead people to Christ.

Registration is simple! Just go to the REGISTRATION page and submit our simple registration form. Registration is not required, but we encourage you to register because it helps us understand the effectiveness of our outreach, and it helps you by providing some automated tools available only to those who register.

Taking communion at the same time will mean that people will be participating from as many as 24 time zones. With your registration, you will have access to the online event and the accurate time zone for your location will be reflected in your registration. For your convenience, we have also included a link to a simple time zone converter on the registration page, so you can check to see the correct time for your time zone.

To prepare for the event, we encourage you and your youth group to pray, reflect on scriptures about communion, and view the videos on passover and communion found under the DISCOVER tab of this website. Physical preparations will include having projection equipment, a screen, audio, and connection to the internet. You will also need to have communion elements for each person in your group.

At the time of the event, your youth group can watch the event and take communion together. Following the event, your group may want to continue to work together, seeking the Lord’s direction regarding an act of service. This is not to be seen as a good works/pay-it-forward type of activity. Rather, the goal is to be the hands and feet of Christ, to love in action and truth, and point lost people to Christ.

Spread the Word

Your youth group can begin to impact the world by helping us spread the word about the event. In fact, we will not reach our goal of 1 million people without help. We encourage you to post your registration on Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook. You can encourage your youth to upload a photo or short video to their social media channels, stating that they have registered for One Body One Blood. We just ask that you tag @1Body1Blood in your post so we can track participation and engagement. If you’d like to let us know what country you are from, please also include that information.

Not decided yet? Check out our FAQs page to learn more about the event and why you might want to get involved.
